Savory Squash Recipe

For this recipe, you will need: 1 medium squash peeled and cubed 1 large onion diced 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1 dash turmeric 1 jalapeño seeded and minced 4 tbsp oil Instructions Heat oil in large skillet adding onion and garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes then add salt black pepper and jalapeño and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Add the squash and cumin stirring all ingredients together.
